Advisory Committee

The Land4Lives program is implemented through governance that directly links strategic direction at the national level with concrete actions on the ground. This project is fully supported by the Government of Indonesia, ICRAF, CIFOR, and funded by Global Affairs Canada.

In order for the program to be implemented effectively and on target, the main drivers of Land4Lives are divided into three levels of coordination:

  • Project Leadership Team: Manages accountability, budget allocation, and key project coordination.
  • Technical Leadership Team: Directing the implementation of the strategy through 4 main Work Packages.
  • Implementation Team: The frontline team operating directly in the work areas (South Sumatra, South Sulawesi, and East Nusa Tenggara) with national and regional partners.
