Project Advisory Committee (PAC) Sustainable Landscape for Climate-Resilient Livelihoods in Indonesia 2026

As Land4Lives enters its sixth and final year, it has delivered significant impacts in strengthening land-use governance, improving landscape management, advancing climate-resilient livelihoods, and enhancing food security. Overall, this action-research project has achieved an average of 96% of its final targets, including 100% achievement in climate-resilient livelihoods and food security.

The Project Advisory Committee (PAC) Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 11 August 2026, from 12:00 to 16:00 Western Indonesia Time (WIB). The meeting will follow a hybrid format, connecting participants in Jakarta, South Sumatra, South Sulawesi, and East Nusa Tenggara via Zoom.

The meeting aims to:

  • Review project implementation progress throughout 2021-2026.
  • Discuss the 2026-2027 work plan and implementation priorities.
  • Obtain strategic input and guidance from PAC members.
  • Strengthen stakeholder support for completing the remaining activities and sustaining the project’s results.

The main agenda comprises two PAC sessions:

  1. Session 1: Presentation and joint discussion of project implementation progress.
  2. Session 2: Presentation and joint discussion of the 2026-2027 work plan.

The meeting will be chaired by Dr Jarot Indarto of the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas, with opening remarks from ICRAF and Global Affairs Canada. Expected outcomes include strategic recommendations on project progress and the work plan, as well as renewed commitment to support the next phase of implementation.
